The Medical Dorbuster (hereinafter referred to as DB)

It was developed by Reich in 1954 as a small-scale prototype of the cloudbuster (see note below) following the intuition that if the cloudbuster could absorb dor from the atmosphere, the DB could in turn absorb dor from the human organism. To differentiate the two in English the words "medical dorbuster" are used.
At first it was built exactly like a cloudbuster, that is with metal tubes that had one end immersed in running water. Later they began to use an orgone accumulator positioned between the absorption tubes and the tubes immersed in running water, both connected to the accumulator. Another variant that developed was the one with an orgone accumulator as a container in which the water flows before its evacuation. Later some doctors abandoned this model considering that in fact the introduction of the accumulator in the DB does not improve its efficiency[2] although Kavouras himself and other doctors continue to use it. In fact, there are no studies that prove this, however, it can be proven through bodily sensations that the greater the flow of water, the more powerful the energy absorption will be.
And the control over the flow of water can give us the possibility of calibrating the absorption power according to needs. Kavouras, however, believes that once a certain level of absorption has been exceeded, the body reacts with a closure and no longer allows the energy to flow outwards.

The problem that arose from the beginning and that prevented a more extensive use of this device at a medical level was the contamination of the dor outside and in the vicinity of the device itself. That is, doctors who tried to use this device while remaining in the same room where the treatment was taking place, or even handling the device personally without using any other support, developed unpleasant symptoms and even a tumor (Kavouras, 2005).
Many observations during its use by US doctors have not been published due to the persecution of the FDA[3] that investigated the presence of accumulators and DBs in medical offices for several years.

Personally I started using the DB in 2012 and indeed with the classic model you have to leave the room where the treatment is taking place. Any contact with metal objects or objects that have metal components inside and that are not immersed in water (which is the only one that has the power to absorb dor) attract and reflect the dor extracted from the patient's body through the flexible steel tubes, regardless of whether they are insulated or not.
In December 2017 I realized that it was the flexible tubes placed between the water container and the patient's body that basically reflect the dor outwards. I then began to develop a DB without these tubes.
With this hypothesis I built a DB made up of a tube of 8 cm in diameter that serves for absorption. Another tube of 10-12 mm diameter is wrapped around it, in which the water circulates. The whole thing is well insulated and contained in a wooden box.
I use copper in particular because it seems to have a stronger orgone conduction power (i.e. the ability to absorb energy and reflect it), something that Kavouras noticed when he tried to use a classic DB made of copper. The result he obtained was to contaminate even more the room in which the device was placed. With the model that I developed, however, copper allows a more rapid passage of the dor from the patient's body to the running water. The fact of not having contamination outside the device can allow for easier use and the possibility for the therapist to remain with the patient or to be able to use the device in complete autonomy without the risk of influencing other people, provided that the rules of use that can be found on the page are respected:

Notes
[1] The cloudbuster is a device consisting basically of metal tubes, one end of which is immersed in water while the other is directed towards the cloud that is to be dissolved. It was developed by Reich in 1953 to reabsorb the cloud of dor that was constantly produced in the environment around his laboratory as a result of the Oranur experiment. Later, Reich himself discovered that it could also be used to create clouds by modifying the atmospheric orgonotic potential.
